PHILADELPHIA, Pa. — Jason and Kylie Kelce are navigating the challenges of raising three young daughters while balancing their demanding careers. The couple, who are expecting their fourth daughter, shared insights into their family life in a recent interview with PEOPLE.

Jason Kelce, 37, a former Philadelphia Eagles player and current ESPN analyst, travels weekly for his work on Monday Night Countdown and his new ESPN show, which premiered on Jan. 3. Kylie Kelce, 32, a former field hockey player, recently appeared on a late-night show and launched her podcast, Not Gonna Lie, on Dec. 5.

“We don’t travel as much with the girls,” Jason told PEOPLE. “We go back and forth because we want them to travel and experience things. At the same time, they’re so young.” The couple has three daughters: Wyatt Elizabeth, 5, Elliotte Ray, 3, and Bennett Llewellyn, 22 months.

Jason emphasized the importance of finding a balance between their professional commitments and family time. “We’ve done Disney with them a few times, and they definitely love that,” he said. “When we’re around, we try to watch movies sometimes, which we know they enjoy.”

The Kelce family also enjoys playing card games together. “We like ‘War’ and we just learned this game, ‘Trash,’ that they’re really into, ‘Go Fish,'” Jason shared. “And then right now, they’ve had so many toys from Santa Claus that we’ve been knee-deep in all that. So yeah, we just try to play and have fun.”

As their daughters grow older, Jason and Kylie are introducing them to sports. “They’re getting old enough that they’re into sports now,” Jason said. “So, they’re riding bikes and doing gymnastics. I want to get them back out on the ice this year because I like ice skating. It’d be awesome to do some ice skating before the season passes, and I want to get them into baseball this year.”

Jason also expressed his enthusiasm for introducing his daughters to field hockey and lacrosse. “They already have the little sticks,” he said. “But yeah, field hockey and lacrosse are two sports that I love, but they’re not quite old enough for that yet. We got the mini sticks and don’t mess around with them.”

Despite their busy schedules, the Kelces are committed to creating meaningful experiences for their children. “We try to make the most of our time together,” Jason said. “It’s all about balance and making sure they have fun while they’re still young.”
