Jen Psaki to Host Prime-Time MSNBC Show Starting May 6

NEW YORK (AP) — Jen Psaki is transitioning from the podium to the prime-time spotlight as she takes on a new role at MSNBC. The former White House press secretary for President Joe Biden began hosting her weekend show, “Inside,” in 2023. Now, she will regularly host a prime-time slot starting May 6, 2025.
Psaki, who became a familiar face during her tenure at the White House, expressed her excitement for the upcoming change. “I’m looking forward to engaging with viewers on the issues that matter most to them,” she said during a statement. Her new show is expected to cover a wide range of topics, from political analysis to current events.
Holding the spot means Psaki will be in direct competition with other leading news programs and personalities. MSNBC president Rashida Jones commented on Psaki’s move, saying, “Jen has a unique ability to connect with audiences, and we believe she will bring an insightful perspective to our nightly lineup.”
As the network gears up for the change, viewers are eager to see what Psaki will bring to the table, especially given her experience navigating the complexities of the media landscape during her time in Washington.
