Jeremy Boreing Daily Wire Announcement

Nashville, Tenn. — Jeremy Boreing, co-founder of The Daily Wire, announced on Tuesday that he will step down as co-chief executive officer to dedicate his efforts to creative projects within the company. This decision marks a significant shift for Boreing, who co-founded the conservative media company in 2015 with Ben Shapiro and Caleb Robinson.

In his statement, Boreing expressed pride in the achievements of The Daily Wire over the past decade and emphasized his commitment to transitioning into creative and entertainment ventures. ‘When Ben, Caleb, and I founded The Daily Wire in 2015, we set out to build an institution,’ he said. ‘I’m enormously proud of our team, of our many battles, and of the successes we’ve achieved together over the last decade. And we’re just getting started.’

Caleb Robinson will take over as the full-time CEO, managing the daily operations while Boreing focuses on his creative work. Boreing noted, ‘To get us to the heights we know we can achieve, we have brought in a world-class executive team that I am confident will thrive in taking us to the next level under Caleb’s ongoing leadership.’

The announcement comes amid Boreing’s involvement with the upcoming high fantasy series, titled Pendragon, for which he serves as writer, director, and executive producer. Earlier this year, he took a leave from daily operations to film the series in locations such as Hungary and Italy.

Boreing has a lengthy background in Hollywood, having accumulated numerous writing and producing credits before joining forces with Shapiro and Robinson to create The Daily Wire. In 2021, he spearheaded the company’s entry into the entertainment field with the acquisition of a feature-length thriller, leading to the release of six films to date, including projects he directed, co-wrote, and starred in.

Shapiro commended Boreing’s leadership saying, ‘Jeremy’s hard work and brilliant leadership have been indispensable to the growth of this company from an idea to the largest conservative digital media company in the country.’ He expressed enthusiasm for Boreing’s newfound focus on creativity. ‘We’re thrilled to get even more of his creative focus in the business as we head into this next phase of expansion.’

Robinson, who is no stranger to the daily operations of The Daily Wire, echoed Shapiro’s sentiments, proclaiming, ‘We couldn’t be more excited for this next phase of The Daily Wire’s growth and for Jeremy as he pursues the completion of Pendragon and then moves on to work with us on further important creative endeavors.’

Boreing will remain involved with The Daily Wire in an advisory capacity and will continue to host the monthly show Backstage, alongside other prominent hosts such as Shapiro, Matt Walsh, Michael Knowles, and Andrew Klavan. In a farewell message to staff, Boreing reflected on his time at The Daily Wire, stating, ‘I will greatly miss the day in and day out of fighting the left and building the future with all of you.’
