Cronulla Sharks Vs Cowboys Semi Final 2024

In a strategic move, Cronulla Sharks center Jesse Ramien has been named as a late inclusion for the team’s critical elimination semi-final match against the North Queensland Cowboys at Allianz Stadium. This decision comes after Ramien’s recovery from an ankle injury that had sidelined him during the Sharks’ encounter with the Melbourne Storm last week.

The inclusion of Ramien has prompted a reshuffle in the team’s lineup. Siosifa Talakai, who has been playing in the center position during Ramien’s absence, will now move to the interchange bench. Meanwhile, Daniel Atkinson has been adjusted to the 18th man role, with Sam Stonestreet no longer part of yesterday’s 19-man squad.

The match, set to kick-off at 7.50 pm, is poised to be a closely-watched event with live coverage available on various platforms, including Nine, Nine Now, Foxtel, and Kayo. The final team lists have been much anticipated as both sides finalize their preparations for what is expected to be an intense showdown.

In preparation for the semi-final, the North Queensland Cowboys, under Head Coach Todd Payten, have also finalized their squad. Tom Mikaele has been the last player to be omitted from the 22-man squad announced earlier this week. The Cowboys will face the Sharks with a competitive lineup, ready for the evening clash.

Both teams have expressed respect for the traditional custodians of the land where the match will take place, acknowledging the cultural significance and stories of the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples in Australia.
