Jin Announces Debut Solo World Tour with New Album Release

SEOUL, South Korea — On April 17, BTS member Jin announced his first solo world tour, titled #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR, scheduled to begin on June 28. The tour will span nine cities worldwide, starting at Goyang Auxiliary Stadium in South Korea.

Jin, whose real name is Kim Seok-jin, will perform two nights in each city, with the tour commencing in South Korea and Japan before moving to the United States and concluding in Europe. The U.S. leg will feature performances in Anaheim, Dallas, Tampa, and Newark.

The tour includes these dates and venues:

• July 5-6: Chiba, Japan @ Makuhari Messe International Exhibition Hall
• July 12-13: Osaka, Japan @ Kyocera Dome Osaka
• July 17-18: Anaheim, California @ Honda Center
• July 22-23: Dallas, Texas @ American Airlines Center
• July 26-27: Tampa, Florida @ Amalie Arena
• July 30-31: Newark, New Jersey @ Prudential Center
• August 5-6: London, United Kingdom @ THEO2
• August 9-10: Amsterdam, Netherlands @ Ziggo Dome

In conjunction with the tour announcement, Jin also revealed the release date of his upcoming album, Echo, which will drop on May 16. The album follows his debut solo project, Happy, released in November 2024.

A press release describing Echo states that the album “offers Jin’s perspective on universal life experiences, capturing everyday emotions with warmth and sincerity.” The album aims to showcase Jin’s versatile vocals across various musical styles and moods, reflecting a deeper layer of artistic maturity.

“I want to connect on a deeper level with my fans through music,” Jin said in an earlier statement, expressing his desire to meet fans in person during this tour.

This announcement arrives as the ARMY eagerly anticipates news concerning the group’s future following their hiatus for military service. At present, there is no official timetable for BTS’s reunion.

Fans can expect pre-sale and ticketing details to be released on April 22, generating excitement as Jin embarks on this highly anticipated tour across North America and Europe.
