John Summit Performing At Ultra Miami 2025

MIAMI, Fla. — Just days before headlining the Ultra Miami mainstage alongside Dom Dolla, John Summit has unveiled his latest single, “Light Years,” featuring Inéz. Released on March 27, 2025, the track marks the beginning of Summit’s busy year as he continues to establish himself as a leading figure in modern house music.

“Light Years” had already generated excitement when it was previewed during Summit’s performances in London and Amsterdam, as well as during high-energy sets at The Sphere in Las Vegas and SXSW in Austin. The track is described as a masterful blend of euphoric builds and deep, driving basslines, accentuated by bright, melodic synths that forge an infectious energy. This dynamic interplay creates a tension and release effect, embodying the quintessential John Summit experience.

Summit, who is experiencing a meteoric rise in popularity, released the single on his label, Experts Only/Darkroom. His debut album, “Comfort In Chaos,” achieved critical acclaim by peaking at #2 on Billboard’s Dance/Electronic Albums chart, solidifying his status in the industry. “2025 is gearing up to be another remarkable year for me, and I’m excited to share ‘Light Years’ with my fans,” Summit stated.

As the festival season rapidly approaches, Summit is preparing for a packed touring schedule that includes performances at Ultra Music Festival, LIV in Las Vegas, and Ibiza, among others. The anticipation surrounding the new single and his upcoming shows reflects the growing enthusiasm for the EDM scene as it rebounds post-pandemic.

“Light Years” can now be streamed on various platforms, and fans can expect it to be a staple in his live sets this season. “I think the track encapsulates not just the energy of the festival but also the evolution of my sound. I can’t wait to see how it resonates with audiences this year,” he added.
