Jonathan Ross and Jane Goldman Attend ‘Smile 2’ Screening in London

Jonathan Ross, a prominent comedian and presenter, was recently seen attending the ‘Smile 2‘ UK screening at the Odeon Luxe Leicester Square in London. Accompanying him was his wife, Jane Goldman, a noted screenwriter and producer. The event took place on Tuesday night.

The couple, married since 1988, made a stylish appearance with their choice of matching all-black outfits. Jonathan, at 63, wore a smart black coat paired with orange-tinted glasses. Jane, at 54, opted for a black dress complemented by a striped top and a grey denim jacket. Her long blonde hair was styled in loose waves, and she chose a low-key makeup look for the evening.

Jonathan Ross, who shares three children—Honey, Harvey, and Betty—with Jane, recently shared candid views regarding grooming routines. He humorously described himself and Jane as being like ‘dirty hamsters’ due to their laid-back approach to showering. He stated, “I sometimes go at least a week without showering—at least. So does Jane sometimes. We’re like a couple of hamsters in their own straw in that bed.”

In a recent interview, Ross detailed his lackadaisical attitude towards daily grooming, even admitting moments of prolonged non-washing while on vacation in Florida, where he assumed pool swimming sufficed.

Jane Goldman, aside from being a long-time partner to Ross, has achieved substantial success in her career. Known for co-writing successful screenplays like ‘Kingsman: The Secret Service’ and ‘X Men: First Class,’ she penned her first solo screenplay for the film ‘The Woman in Black‘ in 2012.

Reflecting on their early days, Jane shared that she met Ross when she was just 16 at an event while she was starting in showbiz journalism. They married two years later, and their connection was deepened by mutual interests in American pop culture, sci-fi, and horror films.

Ross has often expressed his adoration for Jane, stating that she remains his ideal partner. “Jane’s my ideal, whatever way she is,” he once remarked, emphasizing their growing bond over the years.
