Kanye West and Bianca Censori to Sue Dentist for Alleged Malpractice

LOS ANGELES, CA — Kanye West and his wife, Bianca Censori, are reportedly back together after a brief split, a publicist confirmed to The Hollywood Reporter. The couple is preparing to sue West’s former dentist, Dr. Thomas Connelly, for alleged medical malpractice.

The lawsuit centers around claims that Connelly supplied West with nitrous oxide and the anesthetic propofol without appropriate medical supervision. A formal notice of litigation was sent to Connelly by Golden Law, signed by president Andrew Cherkasky.

West, who was under Connelly’s care from 2024 until early 2025, is said to have undergone several cosmetic procedures, including the installation of a custom titanium crown. The notice claims that Connelly encouraged West to self-administer nitrous oxide while neglecting to recognize signs of adverse neurological and behavioral symptoms.

“Evidence shows that during the time Ye was under your care, you engaged in numerous inappropriate and dangerous practices that were far outside the bounds of any legitimate medical purpose or standard of care,” the letter reads.

Censori reportedly witnessed some of these events, which took place at their shared residence. Connelly is noted for providing an array of services in luxury cosmetic dentistry but has not yet responded to requests for comment.

West has a history of erratic behavior, which has been particularly prominent since his bipolar diagnosis in 2016. This included controversial public statements and social media tirades. He also produced a commercial featuring himself getting dental work while discussing his new diamond-encrusted teeth.

The couple’s relationship faced challenges earlier in 2025 after a Twitter tirade from West following the Grammy Awards. However, they were recently spotted together in Spain, confirming their reconciliation.

The allegations against Connelly include not only the improper dispensing of nitrous oxide but also administering propofol outside of a medical setting. Instances of alleged negligence claim that he discharged West without fully assessing his mental and physical condition.

“As a result, in this instance, Ye suffered extreme mental and physical distress leading to urgent medical care,” the legal document states.

In a surprising twist, controversial pundit Milo Yiannopoulos weighed in, alleging that Connelly took advantage of West to profit financially. This lawsuit could see significant development as both sides prepare for what could be a drawn-out legal battle.

With several troubling claims and a turbulent background, the outcome remains uncertain.
