Katherine A. Kiziah Joins Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa as Partner

PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla., April 23, 2025 — Katherine A. Kiziah has been named a partner in the Mass Tort practice at Rafferty Domnick Cunningham & Yaffa (RDCY). Her experience in national mass tort cases positions her as a key figure in the firm’s leadership team.
Kiziah has committed her legal career to seeking justice, specializing in product liability and consumer protection. She recently was appointed to the Leadership Development Committee in MDL 3060: In Re: Hair Relaxer Marketing and Products Liability Litigation by U.S. District Judge Mary Rowland. Kiziah has secured significant settlements for consumers, including a multi-million-dollar agreement for victims of contaminated medications.

Her efforts helped the Attorney General receive the FTC’s inaugural Partnership Award.
Kiziah’s professional journey also includes eight years at Searcy Denney Scarola Barnhart & Shipley. She is active in the legal community, serving as Secretary of the Palm Beach County Justice Association and Co-Chair of the American Association for Justice Surgical Stapler Litigation Group. Additionally, she has previously served as President of the Palm Beach County Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers.
Her accomplishments have garnered her multiple honors, including recognition in Best Lawyers in America (2025) and Florida Trend Legal Elite.
