Keanu Reeves Might Make a Comeback in Speed 3 for its 30th Anniversary

Various theories have emerged since the release of John Wick 4, speculating on the fate of Keanu Reeves‘ character and the potential for his return in the fifth installment. However, it is 2024 that could mark an even more significant comeback for the actor. Reeves has rejuvenated his career by starring in action franchises, starting with John Wick in 2014. While some theories suggest a potential return, other possibilities exist for Reeves when it comes to action films.

Reeves’ filmography encompasses a wide array of genres, from romantic comedies to dramas and sci-fi. However, there is something about him and action movies. Moreover, Reeves’ participation in Ballerina appears to be a more fitting way to keep him involved in the franchise. In other words, reviving not only a classic 90s action franchise like Speed but also reuniting the fantastic on-screen couple of Bullock and Reeves would make for an exciting 30th anniversary celebration.
