Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick Address Pregnancy Rumors on Podcast

Khloé Kardashian and Scott Disick set the record straight on long-standing rumors about their relationship during the debut episode of Kardashian’s new podcast, Khloé in Wonderland, released on Jan. 8, 2025. The two addressed tabloid speculation that Disick had once gotten Kardashian pregnant, with both emphatically denying the claims.

During the 45-minute conversation, Disick, 41, recalled how his late parents would call him to dispel rumors. “Every day, they were like, ‘You got Khloé pregnant?’ I’m like, ‘Yes, Dad, I got Khloé pregnant,’” he joked, before Kardashian, 40, interjected, “You never got me pregnant.” Disick, who shares three children with Kardashian’s sister Kourtney, added that tabloids frequently linked him to the Kardashian sisters during the late 2000s. “Every week I got a different sister pregnant,” he quipped. “Like, where’s the kids?”

Kardashian revealed that fans frequently speculate about her relationship with Disick, who was the most requested guest for her podcast. “My number one question was… Have you and I ever hooked up?” she asked. Disick sarcastically replied, “F— yeah,” before Kardashian clarified, “No, we haven’t.”

Disick dismissed the rumors as baseless, attributing them to their close friendship. “I don’t think it has any truth [to it], so they just run with anything,” he said. “Like, bro, I have children with her sister. We’re not soulmates.” Kardashian echoed his sentiment, calling the narrative “nasty” and “wild.”

The podcast also touched on their evolving relationship since Disick began dating Kourtney in the early 2000s. Kardashian admitted she initially disliked him, saying, “I felt like I was gung-ho on like, ‘This guy’s a dick and I just don’t like you.’” Disick acknowledged his past behavior, stating, “When I look back, I can’t believe anybody tolerated that kind of s—.”
