Lewis Tan Joins Cobra Kai as Formidable Sensei Wolf in Season 6 Part 2
Lewis Tan, the talented actor and martial artist known for his action-packed roles, has been announced to join the cast of Netflix‘s popular series *Cobra Kai* in its upcoming Season 6 Part 2. Tan will play the role of “Sensei Wolf,” a formidable opponent both as a sensei and a fighter.
In an interview with Bleeding Cool, the creators of *Cobra Kai*, Jon Hurwitz, Hayden Schlossberg, and Josh Heald, discussed the addition of new characters, including Tan’s Sensei Wolf. Heald emphasized the need for a character who could stand up against the great fighters already on the show, highlighting that Sensei Wolf is a significant threat on the sensei level.
The new season is set to feature the global martial arts tournament, Sekai Taikai, where Miyagi-Do and Cobra Kai will face off against 16 teams from around the world. This tournament introduces new challenges and twists, including team fights and various martial arts events, adding a new layer of complexity and excitement to the series.
Tan’s involvement was hinted at on his social media, where he posted a cryptic message saying, “The wolf is coming …”.
Alongside Tan, other new characters include Axel Kovacevic played by Patrick Luwis and Zara Malik played by Rayna Vallandingham, all of whom bring additional strong fighters and greater threats to the tournament.
