Liam Gallagher Opens Up About Health Struggles and Past Lifestyle
Liam Gallagher, former frontman of the iconic band Oasis, has revealed his ongoing battle with health issues, including excruciating pain from psoriasis that disrupts his sleep. Gallagher shared that herbal sleeping tablets have been a lifesaver, alleviating the pain and granting him much-needed rest, with one tablet providing up to seven hours of respite.
Reflecting on his struggles with psoriasis, Gallagher recounted a peculiar encounter where someone mistakenly thought the flakes in his hair were cocaine, highlighting the challenges and misconceptions surrounding the skin condition.
Gallagher expressed a shift towards a healthier lifestyle, acknowledging the need to address past excesses and embrace a new perspective on well-being. The musician emphasized the value of health as one ages, recognizing the preciousness of life and the importance of self-care.
Following the split of Oasis 15 years ago amid tensions with his brother Noel, Gallagher refrained from discussing their current relationship, asserting his own unique persona. Post-Oasis, he formed the band Beady Eye and is currently touring with John Squire, former guitarist of the Stone Roses.
