Local Artist Jonathan Houde Impresses on La Voix

A young artist from the region made headlines on the popular show La Voix on Sunday. Jonathan Houde, a 23-year-old, found himself on Roxane Bruneau’s team in the singing competition. Despite working as a ticketing assistant at Victoriaville’s Carré 150, Houde wowed the audience with his rendition of Bruno Mars’ ‘When I Was Your Man’.

At the end of his performance, Houde was visibly moved and explained that his strength lied in ‘touching people’s emotions.’ The young father, originally from Thetford Mines, is currently building a house with his partner in Victoriaville.
