Mahira Khan Dismisses Pregnancy Rumours and Exit from Netflix Show
Pakistani actress Mahira Khan recently addressed circulating rumors regarding her alleged pregnancy and departure from a Netflix show. Speculations arose following an unverified post on Reddit, which Mahira promptly denied.
Refuting the claims, Mahira stated, “It’s not true that I’m pregnant, and I haven’t left the Netflix series.” The initial Reddit post suggested that Mahira had withdrawn from Netflix’s ‘Jo Bachey Sang Samait Lo’ and another unnamed film due to an expected second child in August or September.
While fans began congratulating her based on the pregnancy news, Mahira clarified that she is indeed not expecting. She tied the knot with Salim Karim last year after her previous marriage to Ali Askari, with whom she shares a son.
Throughout her career, Mahira has appeared in various Pakistani films and shows, including ‘Bol,’ ‘Bin Roye,’ and ‘Manto.’ She also starred alongside Shah Rukh Khan in the Bollywood film ‘Raees’ in 2017 and gained immense popularity for her role in the series ‘Humsafar’ alongside Fawad Khan.
