Mariah Carey Teases New Album After Anniversary Edition Release

NEW YORK, NY — Mariah Carey appears to be gearing up for a new album, following the release of a special 20th anniversary edition of her classic album, The Emancipation of Mimi. In a recent video shared on her social media, Carey is seen sitting in a car, starting the engine, with her song “It’s Like That” playing on the radio.
As the video progresses, a new track titled “T:D_MC16” can be heard, hinting at the possibility of her sixteenth studio album. The video concludes with a glimpse of the vehicle’s license plate, reading “MC16,” and the words, “What’s your type?” Many fans speculate that the “16” indicates her next album will be her sixteenth release.
Carey, who released her fifteenth album, Caution, in 2018, recently teased her new project during an interview with The Associated Press. “I’m not supposed to talk about it. But I’m working on something. We won’t say what it is, but something new,” she said in April.
Meanwhile, Tyla has released a sultry new music video for her song “Bliss,” directed by Director X. This video showcases Tyla performing in front of a desert backdrop and features her unique dance moves.
Tyla, who first teased the song at Coachella, will also host the upcoming Kids Choice Awards on June 21 and is slated to perform at major events this summer including the Governors Ball and Bonnaroo festival.

He stands out as the only solo male artist this year with a debut chart-topper.
Warren’s new song “Bloodline,” featuring Jelly Roll, debuted at #32 on the Hot 100, giving him two hits in the top 40 simultaneously. His previously highest-charting song, “Burning Down,” peaked at #69 last year. Notably, “Ordinary” is also at the top of the Billboard Global 200 chart, maintaining a five-week reign.
