NEW YORK, N.Y. — Super Bowl 59 delivered a mix of laughs, heartwarming moments, and celebrity cameos, with Skechers and Uber Eats leading the charge in creative advertising. Martha Stewart, 83, captivated audiences with her breakdancing skills in a pre-game Skechers ad, showcasing the brand’s Hands-Free Slip-ins. The commercial, which also featured Kansas City Chiefs coach Andy Reid, marked Skechers’ 12th Super Bowl appearance.

‘It’s exhilarating to see someone like Martha, who embodies both style and functionality, represent our brand,’ said a Skechers spokesperson. Stewart’s performance, which included a move she called the ‘glide step,’ left viewers impressed and sparked memes across social media.

Uber Eats also made waves with a conspiracy-themed ad featuring Matthew McConaughey, Martha Stewart, and Charli XCX. The trio humorously suggested the Super Bowl is primarily a vehicle for food sales.
