Mauricio Umansky Spotted Kissing Mystery Brunette at Chateau Marmont

WEST HOLLYWOOD, Calif. — Mauricio Umansky was seen embracing a mystery brunette at the Chateau Marmont Hotel late Saturday night, just moments after a close encounter with two of his estranged wife Kyle Richards‘ friends.

An eyewitness reported seeing Umansky, 54, at the popular West Hollywood venue, accompanied by two women around midnight. The sighting occurred concurrently with the presence of ‘Real Housewives’ stars Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne in the same venue.

The source stated, “He appeared more interested in one of the women.” Video footage captured Umansky at a small round table, engaging in lively conversation with his companions. One woman, seated next to him, seemed to spark his interest significantly.

“They had someone bringing drinks to their table, they had sparkling and still water,” the eyewitness shared, noting that the bar was beginning to close around the time of the encounter.

As Lisa Rinna and Erika Jayne exited the bathroom, they walked past Umansky, leading to an awkward moment that the observer noted did not go unnoticed by others in the vicinity.

The eyewitness continued, “I’m pretty sure they saw him because the bathroom is directly opposite the table he was sitting at. It’s a tiny room; they would be looking straight towards him coming out.” However, it seemed Umansky did not recognize his estranged wife’s co-stars, and they did not approach him.

Shortly after the near encounter, the woman initially seated across from Umansky departed, at which point the onlooker described him as “making out” with the woman who had been sitting next to him. “Mau and the girl were kissing for a long while, all the way through the bar emptying and the lights coming up,” the eyewitness recounted, adding that the kiss appeared to be more casual than serious.

Representatives for Umansky, Rinna, Jayne, and Richards did not respond to Page Six’s request for comment following the unfolding events.

Umansky and Richards have been separated since at least July 2023, following 27 years of marriage. The ‘Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ star admitted she was caught off guard by a paparazzi photo of Umansky with actress Nikita Kahn that surfaced last year.

“I am not going to be sitting here having ‘wife’ on my Instagram bio with him running around with people. Why would I?” Richards, 56, lamented in response to the photo situation. “In the past, it’s been hard for me to take ‘wife’ off my bio, but the picture changed that for me.”

Since their separation, the luxury real estate broker has been linked with several women. He was most recently spotted in Aspen, Colorado, with model Klaudia K. in December 2024.

Meanwhile, Richards has been associated with country singer Morgan Wade, 30. Despite both moving on, the former couple continues to co-parent their three daughters: Alexia, 28, Sophia, 25, and Portia, 17. Richards also shares a daughter, Farrah, 36, with her first husband.

In recent interviews, Kyle shared her thoughts on the public nature of seeing her estranged partner’s romantic escapades. “It’s strange to see his personal life played out all the time… But while it may be strange, we’re not together like that, so it is what it is,” she commented.
