Meester and Fowler Join Cast of Netflix Series ‘Nobody Wants This’

LOS ANGELES, CA — The cast of Netflix‘s hit series ‘Nobody Wants This‘ continues to grow with the addition of Leighton Meester and Miles Fowler for its second season. The series, created by Erin Foster, follows an agnostic podcast host and an unconventional rabbi as they navigate love amidst family challenges and modern dilemmas.

Meester, known for her role as Blair Waldorf in ‘Gossip Girl’, will play Abby, described as Joanne’s (Kristen Bell) former middle school nemesis turned Instagram influencer. Fowler joins her as Lenny, a teammate of Noah (Adam Brody), who becomes romantically linked to Morgan, Joanne’s sister, portrayed by Justine Lupe.

‘Nobody Wants This’, which premiered in September 2024, quickly achieved success on the Netflix platform, garnering 15.9 million views in its first full week. The series was both critically and commercially successful, leading Netflix to renew it for a second season just weeks after its debut.
