Miss World 2025 Finale Set for May 31 in Hyderabad

Hyderabad, India – The 72nd edition of the Miss World pageant is set to take place on Saturday, May 31, 2025. This prestigious event will showcase 108 contestants from around the globe competing for the coveted title.

Founded in 1951 by Eric Morley, Miss World is distinguished for its focus on humanitarian efforts through its ‘Beauty with a Purpose’ initiative. Contestants are not only evaluated on their beauty and poise but also on their commitment to social causes and community service.

The event will be held at the HITEX Exhibition Center in Hyderabad. The final phase of the competition will begin at 6:30 PM IST (Indian Standard Time), which is 1 PM GMT. Viewers can watch the event via the official Miss World pay-per-view platform at watchmissworld.com.

Among the contestants, Krishnah Gravidez will represent the Philippines. Gravidez, 24, previously held the title of Miss Charm Philippines before being chosen to represent her country at Miss World.

This year’s pageant will not include a swimsuit competition, as the focus has shifted to ‘brains and personality’ since 2014. Participants will instead showcase their talents and evening gowns during the coronation night.
