Big Brother Naija stars, Neo Akpofure and Venita Akpofure, emerged as the winners of the best-dressed male and female awards at the cultural day event of the 10th edition of the Africa Magic Viewers Choice Awards (AMVCAs).

The duo, who are also cousins, outshone other celebrities at the cultural day event by showcasing their traditional Itsekiri attire and stealing the show with their stunning looks.

Neo and Venita were awarded 1 million naira each for being the best-dressed contestants by the sponsor of the cultural day event, Goldberg.

Notable celebrities like Iyabo Ojo, Tacha, Saga, and Liqurose were also in attendance at the cultural day event, which featured musical performances and special cultural presentations.

This is not the first time Venita has clinched the female best-dressed award at the AMVCAs; she also won the same prize at the 9th edition of the prestigious film awards.

The cultural day event, held in Lagos, formally marked the beginning of the activities leading up to the main awards night scheduled for Saturday, May 11, 2023.

The 10th edition of the AMVCAs Award Night will be broadcast live on May 11 on all Africa Magic channels on DStv and GOtv starting from 4 pm WAT.
