The series, which serves as a sequel to the iconic The Karate Kid films, is created and executive produced by Josh Heald, Jon Hurwitz, and Hayden Schlossberg through their production company, Counterbalance Entertainment.

The final season will mark the culmination of the beloved series, following the acquisition of Cobra Kai by Netflix in June 2020.

The stellar cast including Ralph Macchio, William Zabka, Martin Kove, and Yuji Okumoto will be returning for the sixth season, alongside a talented ensemble of actors such as Xolo MaridueƱa, Jacob Bertrand, Mary Mouser, Tanner Buchanan, and many more.

Season 6 will consist of 15 episodes, to be released in three parts, with the first five episodes scheduled to drop on July 18, followed by another five in November 25. The final part will hit screens sometime in 2025, according to Netflix.

Fans can expect an action-packed narrative as Cobra Kai navigates life after being driven out of the Valley, with a focus on the challenging decision of whether to participate in the global karate tournament known as the Sekai Taikai.

To catch all the thrilling karate action and character dynamics, viewers will need a subscription to Netflix, where the series is exclusively available for streaming. Previous seasons of Cobra Kai are also available for binging on the platform.
