Wausau, Wisconsin – The new Syfy series ‘Revival‘ premiered on June 12, presenting a fresh twist on the zombie genre. Dana is a police officer grappling with her responsibilities, especially as she was planning to move to Chicago with her son Cooper.

In response to the chaos, the government quarantines Wausau and dispatches Ibrahim Ramin (Andy McQueen), a CDC specialist, to investigate this supernatural phenomenon. As Dana delves deeper into the mystery, she discovers gruesome links between the revivers and new murders, leading to personal confrontations as she seeks answers.

Meanwhile, Dana’s younger sister Em (Romy Weltman) struggles with her issues, and her interactions with rock singer Rhodey (Kaleb Horn) introduce a subplot of romance and tension amid the supernatural occurrences.
