OnlyFans Star Dies in Balcony Fall During Filmed Threesome in Brazil

NOVA IGUAÇU, Brazil — Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, a 27-year-old OnlyFans performer known as “Anna Polly,” died last week after falling from a hotel balcony during a filmed threesome, authorities confirmed. Her body was discovered in the courtyard of the upscale Mont Blanc Apart Hotel, located northwest of Rio de Janeiro.

Brazilian police are investigating the circumstances surrounding her death, as her two male co-stars provided conflicting accounts of the incident. Both men, who are also OnlyFans creators, were questioned and released, but the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit has not ruled out foul play.

Authorities are reviewing hotel CCTV footage, interviewing staff, and examining Alves’ phone as part of their investigation. An autopsy has been ordered to determine the cause of death, including whether drugs or signs of sexual violence were involved.

Alves’ boyfriend, Pedro Henrique, who was not present during the incident, expressed his grief on social media. “As the hours pass, it’s starting to sink in, and the hole in my heart is only getting bigger,” he wrote. “If someone is to blame, they will pay, and the culprit will be found.”

Images from the scene showed investigators standing over Alves’ body, which was covered with a white sheet. The Mont Blanc Apart Hotel, a four-star establishment, has not commented on the incident.

“It’s a complex case, and we don’t rule out any possibility, from an accident to a possible crime,” a spokesperson for the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit said. The investigation remains ongoing.
