PAX West 2025 Badges Go On Sale, Exhibitors Announced

SEATTLE, Wash. — ReedPop and Penny Arcade announced today that badges for PAX West 2025 will be available for purchase starting at 12 PM PDT. The annual gaming convention, which is the West Coast’s most-attended event, will take place at the Seattle Convention Center from Labor Day Weekend, August 29 through September 1, 2025.

This year’s convention will feature a packed exhibitor lineup, including major names like Wizards of the Coast, Larian Studios, and Pearl Abyss. Additional hardware companies such as MSI and Alienware are also expected to showcase their products.

Attendees can look forward to a variety of experiences, including presentations on the main stage with exciting announcements for digital and tabletop gaming enthusiasts. Jerry Holkins, founder of PAX and Penny Arcade, remarked, “I know that the ‘PAX Prime’ nomenclature can be controversial. But this time, I think we’ve got a choice cut.”

Badge prices are set at $255 for a four-day pass, $70 for a single-day Saturday pass, $68.50 for Friday or Sunday, and $66 for a single-day Monday pass. A BYOC (Bring Your Own Computer) badge will be available for $50. Media and content creators can apply for press badges.
