Popeyes Pickle Menu Items

MIAMI, April 1, 2025 – Popeyes is launching a new limited-time pickle menu, and contrary to April Fools’ Day tradition, this offering is no joke. Beginning April 1, customers can enjoy a selection of pickle-themed items at participating locations across the United States.

The menu features five new items: the Pickle Glaze Sandwich, Pickle Glaze Bone-In and Boneless Wings, Fried Pickles, and the highly-anticipated Pickle Lemonade. This culinary campaign combines traditional favorites with a tangy twist that has intrigued social media followers and food enthusiasts alike.

The Pickle Glaze Sandwich showcases a crispy, hand-battered chicken filet, topped with pickles and a savory pickle-flavored glaze, all nestled in a brioche bun. The same pickle glaze will complement Popeyes’ signature bone-in wings and boneless wings, offering fans multiple ways to savor this limited-time flavor.

Popeyes’ Pickle Lemonade combines its popular Premium Lemonade with briny pickle juice to create a sweet yet salty drink. Customers have expressed both curiosity and excitement about this new beverage, hoping it might become a go-to refreshment.

In addition, Fried Pickles are making their U.S. debut after being added to Popeyes’ Canadian menu earlier in the year. Battered with signature seasonings and deep-fried to golden brown perfection, these pickles will be served with a creamy ranch dip, elevating the menu’s overall appeal.

The introduction of the pickle menu coincides with a playful marketing strategy; Popeyes has transformed its flagship restaurant in Times Square into a vibrant green space in honor of the launch. “What started as a playful social tease has now become a full-fledged culinary reality—a Pickled Popeyes,” said Bart LaCount, Chief Marketing Officer of Popeyes US and Canada. This innovation celebrates the brand’s commitment to bringing unique flavors that resonate with its fans.

Chef Amy Alarcon, Vice President of Culinary at Popeyes, commented on the launch, emphasizing the brand’s dedication to creating a menu that balances crisp texture and vibrant acidity with signature Cajun flavors. “We understand that there truly can never be enough pickles,” she stated.

The pickle menu will be available beginning April 1, 2025, and is set to run through May 5 at participating restaurants nationwide, as well as available for order on the Popeyes website and app. Fans looking to experience this one-of-a-kind takeover are encouraged to visit their local Popeyes soon.

Founded in New Orleans in 1972, Popeyes has over 50 years of culinary tradition specializing in authentic Louisiana-style cuisine. With over 4,000 locations globally, the chicken quick-service chain is known for its flavorful fried chicken and regional specialties.
