Poppy Delevingne Expecting First Child, Shares Emotional Journey

LONDON, U.K. — Model, actress, and entrepreneur Poppy Delevingne is expecting her first child, a baby girl, with her partner, businessman Archie Keswick. The 38-year-old revealed the news during an intimate interview at her West London home, sharing her emotional journey and excitement about impending motherhood.

Delevingne discovered she was pregnant during a fitting for a fashion show. “I realized my look felt tighter than it had two weeks prior,” she said. “I took a test right after the show and found out. It was surreal.” The baby is due in May, and Delevingne has been embracing her pregnancy, despite initial anxieties.

Delevingne and Keswick kept the news private until recently, only sharing it with close friends and family after reaching the four-month mark. “I wanted to protect it,” she explained. “It felt like such an extraordinary privilege to be able to have a baby at this age and time.”

As she approaches her sixth month of pregnancy, Delevingne has embraced her changing body and style. “There’s no hiding this bump anymore,” she laughed. She has been favoring oversized jumpers, leggings, and maternity-friendly dresses from brands like Veronica Beard and FRAME.

Delevingne has experienced significant changes during her pregnancy, including newfound sugar cravings. “I’m a savoury gal, but now I can’t get enough of cakes, ice cream, and cookies,” she said. Despite initial worries about her age and the challenges of motherhood, Delevingne is now focused on the excitement of meeting her daughter. “If I shut my eyes, I feel like I know her,” she said. “She’s already making me laugh.”
