Prime Minister to Attend Exclusive Katy Perry Performance at Billionaire’s Mansion
Prime Minister Anthony Albanese is set to attend a private performance by pop sensation Katy Perry at the opulent Melbourne mansion of billionaire Anthony Pratt.
The exclusive event, organized in celebration of the food and beverage industry associated with Pratt’s company Visy, is expected to draw a crowd of 200 prominent corporate leaders and political figures.
Among the distinguished guests are Victorian Premier Jacinta Allan, US ambassador Caroline Kennedy, and top executives from Wesfarmers and Lion Nathan.
Notably, Coles executives were initially slated to attend but have since withdrawn their presence from the event.
The event will take place at Pratt’s lavish Raheen mansion in the upscale Melbourne suburb of Kew.
Pratt reportedly paid Katy Perry around $1.5 million for her performance at the private function, which does not involve any direct payments from attendees.
The event, which has previously featured artists like Kylie Minogue and Keith Urban, serves as a platform for Pratt to network with influential figures using his substantial wealth as leverage.
Previous reports have highlighted Pratt’s political connections, including donations to major political campaigns and engagements with former prime ministers like Scott Morrison, Barnaby Joyce, and Josh Frydenberg.
In a surprising turn of events, Taylor Swift is concurrently entertaining audiences with her Eras Tour in Sydney, where her boyfriend Travis Kelce has also been spotted showing support.
The overlapping presence of high-profile stars like Perry, Swift, Pink, Blink 182, and Kourtney Kardashian has added to Australia’s star-studded atmosphere, attracting significant attention to the country’s entertainment scene.
