Radisson Blu Celebrates Aruba’s TripAdvisor Win as Business Travel Rebounds

PALM BEACH, Aruba — Radisson Blu is marking a significant achievement as Aruba was named TripAdvisor’s top Caribbean destination for 2025, backed by its luxurious amenities and scenic attractions.
The award, announced on March 17, 2025, further highlights the resort’s appeal, blending luxury, comfort, and island charm, making it a premier choice for travelers in search of exceptional experiences. The accolades continue as Aruba’s Eagle Beach was ranked the third best beach in the world by TripAdvisor.
With its stunning white sand beaches and crystal-clear turquoise waters, Aruba offers a memorable travel experience, appealing to families, couples, and business travelers alike. The island is renowned for its year-round pleasant weather, making it a favored escape for many.
In addition to leisure travel, the landscape for business travel is evolving. According to the NYU International Hospitality Industry Investment Conference, U.S. business travel is experiencing a solid rebound, although with differences compared to pre-pandemic levels. More firms, from small businesses to large corporations, have reported booking domestic vacations in higher quantities and rates.
Mark Hoplamazian, CEO of Hyatt Hotels Corporation, noted a 12% increase in corporate accounts year-to-date in April 2024, while overall business travel rose by 6% compared to the previous year. This upward trend reflects a growing demand for domestic travel as companies adapt their booking practices post-pandemic.
“Group business is seeing mid-single-digit pricing increases,” Hoplamazian added, pointing to a resurgence of large meetings and conferences as businesses seek to reconnect through in-person events. This trend underscores the strong demand for group travel as organizations prioritize collaboration and networking.
