La Granja Vip Reality Show Launch

México, Oct 12 (AP) – La Granja VIP, a new reality show produced by TV Azteca, premiered on October 12, 2025, featuring 16 celebrities who will face various rural challenges while living together on a real farm. The show is broadcast live 24/7, allowing fans to follow every moment of the competition.

During the inaugural gala, a surprise contestant, Lola Cortés, was revealed as the 16th participant. Her addition to the group sparked significant discussions on social media due to her strong personality and potential impact on group dynamics.

As the competition began, the celebrities faced the first nomination process through a ‘chain of salvation.’ Participants selected others to save, determining their access to sleeping arrangements. With limited beds, some contestants were forced to share spaces, while others earned the title of ‘peons’ and were sent to sleep in the barn with the horses.

César Doroteo, known as Teo, became the first nominee of the season, raising the stakes early in the competition. Adal Ramones, the show’s host, informed the peons of their new living conditions. “They will not have access to the main house, bathrooms, or any amenities,” he stated, emphasizing the challenges ahead.

The show promises a mix of intense emotions and unpredictable moments as participants navigate farm life, facing both physical tasks and social interactions. La Granja VIP is set to compete with other reality shows for viewership, offering the audience a unique glimpse into the lives of celebrities away from their glamorous lifestyles.

The first week’s activities will include planting vegetables, caring for animals, and completing physical challenges. Each week, the public will vote to determine who stays and who goes, making audience engagement a critical part of the show.
