Erica Mena And Safaree Samuels Confrontation

Reality television personalities Erica Mena and Safaree Samuels have entered into a public dispute, following the release of footage depicting a heated altercation between the former couple. Both Mena and Samuels are known for their roles in the “Love & Hip Hop” franchise. They share two children, Safire Majesty, aged four, and Legend Brian, aged three.

This latest development comes amidst an ongoing legal battle wherein Samuels is seeking to reduce his child support payments. According to reports, the couple divorced in 2022, yet tensions seem far from resolved. Mena has publicly alleged that Samuels has only seen their children “16 times this whole year,” an accusation that Samuels disputes.

In an apparent attempt to counter these allegations, Samuels has taken to social media, releasing a lengthy 30-minute video that includes security footage of a confrontation with Mena. In the video, Mena can be seen in a physical altercation with Samuels, including moments where she allegedly pushes him and causes damage to their home. The children were reportedly present during this incident.

Samuels issued a statement alongside the video, defending his actions. “I have to put myself first,” he asserted, emphasizing a need to protect himself from further harm. He expressed regret over the current situation, stating, “When you have children with someone, I should have just noticed certain things when it came to parenting.”

Mena, on the other hand, responded through a written statement, expressing “deep astonishment and sorrow” at how their family situation had evolved. She acknowledged the unfortunate progression of their relationship, commenting, “It’s truly heartbreaking to realize how far we’ve come.” Mena expressed a determination to end the ongoing conflict for the sake of their children, whom she described as the “center of her world.”

Furthermore, Mena took to Instagram to defend her actions, suggesting that her behavior captured on the footage was a reaction to Samuels allegedly “violating her body” and threatening her “health.”
