Renowned Nollywood producer, Ikechukwu Nnadi, widely known as Andy Best, has tragically passed away after a long battle with illness.
The sad news was confirmed by Seun Oloketuyi, the organizer of the prestigious Best of Nollywood awards, via a heartfelt Instagram post.
Andy Best breathed his last at a private clinic in Owerri, the capital city of Imo State, on Tuesday, leaving behind a legacy of remarkable contributions to the Nigerian film industry.
Throughout his illustrious career, Nnadi served as the Chief Executive Officer of Andy Best Production, spearheading the creation of cinematic masterpieces such as ‘Lion of Africa‘, ‘White Poison’, and ‘My Father’s Cup’, among many others.
Hailing from Isiala Mbano Local Government Area of Imo State, Andy Best’s artistic vision and dedication had a profound impact on the Nollywood landscape, earning him a place of honor among his peers.
