Restaurants Open This Thanksgiving Offering Special Menus for Diners
ST. CLOUD, Minn. — Many restaurants across the country will serve special Thanksgiving meals on Thursday, Nov. 27. A survey found that 57% of U.S. consumers plan to dine out for the holiday instead of cooking at home. Despite the trend, many local restaurants in St. Cloud, Minnesota, will remain closed for the holiday.
However, several eateries will be offering Thanksgiving specials. IHOP plans to keep its doors open on Thursday, and it also provides a holiday catering menu. Open from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Legends Bar & Grill is serving a traditional Thanksgiving buffet with turkey, pot roast, and pie. Reservations for this buffet are required.
Blue Line Sports Bar & Grill is also offering dine-in and takeout Thanksgiving meals with rolls, stuffing, ham, and turkey. Guests must place pre-orders by Nov. 23. Meanwhile, Asian grocery store and restaurant Happy Thyme will serve its menu, which includes dishes like cheese and shrimp rolls, with special hours from 9:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Not everyone will have options on Thanksgiving Day. Chains such as Applebee's, Chipotle, Domino's, Olive Garden, and Red Lobster will be closed. Additionally, many local favorites, including Grizzly’s, Boulder Tap House, and Crooked Pint Ale House, will also not open their doors.
With many dining out this Thanksgiving, it’s always best to check local restaurant hours and make reservations where necessary.
