Rotimi Advises Lil Meech to Move On from 50 Cent Feud

ATLANTA, Georgia — Actor Olurotimi Akinosho, popularly known as Rotimi, recently addressed the ongoing feud between Lil Meech and rapper 50 Cent during an appearance on The Morning Hustle radio show. He emphasized the importance of moving on from past conflicts, especially after the release of Big Meech from prison.
Rotimi offered advice to Lil Meech on how to handle the situation after Lil Meech became embroiled in tension with 50 Cent, who has been vocal about his issues with the younger Meech. “Honestly, I think what’s said has been said at this point,” Rotimi stated. “At this point, it’s just nothing – just move on. If you dwell on anything right now, it’s just you dwelling on it. It’s been said, it’s been done, it’s whatever now.”
The actor, known for his role in the hit series “Power,” went on to say that if he were in Lil Meech’s position, he would “go beast mode” and focus on success rather than continuing the back-and-forth with 50 Cent. “For me, if it was me, I’ma just go beast mode and just turn up and just make sure I go OD lit for the next thing I do,” Rotimi said. “To go back and forth at this point, it’s a moot point.”
While discussing his current relationship with 50 Cent, Rotimi confirmed that there are no lingering issues. “Yeah, yeah, we smooth,” he remarked. He was also asked if he would collaborate with 50 Cent again in the future. “If it happens, you know? I think it’s one of those things where certain things… Yes, [it would put me in a box]. But at the same time, if it’s the right thing, you know? Everything that he’s doing has been super lit,” he said, hinting at the complexity of their professional relationship.
Rotimi’s comments come as 50 Cent continues to publicly air grievances with both Big Meech and Lil Meech on social media. This feud intensified recently after 50 Cent accused Big Meech of being a “rat” for associating with Rick Ross, leading to further tension between the two parties.
In the context of the evolving situation, Rotimi’s perspective is particularly relevant considering his past interactions with 50 Cent, including a notable public fallout in 2019 when 50 Cent accused Rotimi of owing him $300,000. Rotimi later clarified that the conflict was part of a larger strategy orchestrated by 50 Cent to resolve the financial matter.
As the relationship between 50 Cent and the Meech family becomes increasingly complicated, Rotimi’s advice serves as a reminder to focus on personal growth and success rather than dwelling on unresolved conflicts.
