Sabrina Carpenter New Album Announcement

Los Angeles, CA – Sabrina Carpenter has officially announced her upcoming album, ‘Man's Best Friend‘, set to release on August 29 through Island Records. This marks Carpenter’s seventh studio album, following the success of her 2024 album, ‘Short n’ Sweet‘, which topped global charts.

The announcement came during an Instagram Live session on Wednesday, where Carpenter excitedly showcased her new album’s cover art, a striking image featuring herself in a black dress. ‘Man’s Best Friend’ includes the lead single ‘Manchild’, which was released last week and quickly skyrocketed to number one on both the Spotify US and Global charts.

“It sounds like the song embodiment of a loving eye roll and it feels like a never-ending road trip in the summer!” said Carpenter about ‘Manchild’. She encouraged fans to enjoy the single this summer, emphasizing its fun, carefree vibe.

Carpenter’s previous album, ‘Short n’ Sweet’, achieved significant acclaim and commercial success with singles like ‘Espresso’ and ‘Please Please Please’, both reaching the Billions Club on Spotify. The album earned her six Grammy nominations and two wins.

This summer, Sabrina will embark on a series of outdoor performances, starting with two shows at London’s Hyde Park on July 5 and July 6. She will also perform at notable events in the U.S., including a stop in New York in October.

Fans are excited for the new album, as Carpenter has consistently delivered chart-topping hits and captivating performances over the past few years.

‘Man’s Best Friend’ is poised to further solidify Carpenter’s status as a leading artist in the music industry.
