Sacha Baron Cohen As Borat And Ali G On The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon

Sacha Baron Cohen made a memorable return to television by reviving his iconic characters Borat and Ali G on the latest episode of “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Thursday. During his appearance, Cohen took aim at former President Donald Trump and interacted with Vice President Kamala Harris in his signature satirical style.

Cohen’s character Ali G, a fictional British rapper, began by praising Donald Trump in a humorous and ironic manner. Ali G listed several of Trump’s controversies, including convictions, stealing classified documents, and not paying taxes, and ended by calling Trump his hero. He also complimented Vice President Kamala Harris, referring to her as a “fit honey” and joking about getting a “massive election” when he sees her on television.

Later, Cohen transformed into his other famous character, Borat, the Kazakhstani journalist. Borat asked Trump about a bizarre claim he made in Ohio, inquiring which restaurant serves cats and dogs. This segment continued Cohen’s tradition of using satire to critique and poke fun at political figures and societal issues.

This appearance comes after Cohen revealed that he might retire the Borat character due to the increasing dangers associated with his undercover filming. In a recent interview, Cohen mentioned being hunted by a pro-gun mob during the filming of ‘Borat Subsequent Moviefilm‘ in 2020, which led to him going into hiding for several days.
