San Diego Comic Con 2025 Open Registration

As of Saturday, November 23, 2024, the Open Registration for San Diego Comic-Con 2025 has officially begun. This event is open to the general public, but participants must have a valid and confirmed Comic-Con Member ID account to take part.

The registration process involves accessing the Member ID Portal, where a virtual waiting room will be enabled. The waiting room opens at 7:30 AM PST, and the badge sale starts at 9:00 AM PST. It is crucial to enter the waiting room before 9:00 AM PST to secure a spot in the queue.

To participate, attendees need their credit or debit card ready, as well as the Member IDs and last names of any friends they are purchasing badges for, along with the specific days they wish to attend. Comic-Con accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express, but does not accept PayPal or other online payment systems.

Due to high demand, not all eligible attendees will be able to purchase a badge during Open Registration. However, carefully following the instructions and having all personal information ready can increase the chances of obtaining a badge. Payments will be processed within 72 hours, and if a payment is declined, attendees will have 30 days to provide an alternative payment method.

Comic-Con continues to offer discounted rates for juniors, seniors, and active-duty military, as well as a generous free child badge policy. The event itself will take place from July 24 to 27, 2025, at the San Diego Convention Center.
