Savannah Chrisley Robert Shiver Breakup News

LOS ANGELES, CA — Savannah Chrisley has announced her split from Robert Shiver after nearly two years of dating. The reality star revealed the news during the April 14 episode of her podcast, “Unlocked,” stating that their breakup occurred on March 6.

“It’s been about a month and a half since Robert and I broke up. So there it is. Robert and I broke up on March 6,” Chrisley explained. “Not that I’m keeping track of dates or anything, but I have taken a lot of time to process things and truly grieve the loss of the relationship that I thought was gonna be where I was for the rest of my life.”

Chrisley, 27, and Shiver, 39, began their relationship in August 2023, a few weeks before she publicly revealed it in September. The couple faced hurdles as both dealt with significant personal challenges. Chrisley has been raising her younger siblings while her parents serve time for tax evasion, and Shiver is involved in an ongoing legal situation with his estranged wife.

Reflecting on their time together, Chrisley expressed gratitude for the relationship, saying, “This has just shown me that you can find beauty in the ashes. And so for that, wherever it leads, I’m forever grateful.” She also described Shiver as a positive influence on her siblings, Grayson and Chloe.

The former couple had discussed marriage possibilities, with Chrisley noting, “We both know, ‘Hey, this is what we want out of life.’ But he’s got some stuff to work through on his side of things before that can ever happen.” She emphasized that she did not want to feel pressured by societal expectations regarding their relationship’s timeline.

In recent interviews, Chrisley shared that she had considered a large wedding but realized that true love does not require extravagant displays. “When you’re in the right relationship, you don’t need all these crazy, outward, extravagant things to prove your love for someone,” she stated.

As the couple part ways, Chrisley remains committed to her family and ensuring her siblings are thriving amidst their current circumstances. “He and I, we’re both just so focused on our kids and making sure they’re in the healthiest places possible,” she concluded.

New episodes of “Unlocked with Savannah Chrisley” are available every Tuesday. The podcast features discussions of her personal life and experiences navigating her family’s challenges.
