Friday The 13th Scream Factory Blu Ray Box Set

LOS ANGELES, CA — Scream Factory‘s deluxe Blu-ray box set of the Friday the 13th film franchise is set to go out of print. The announcement was made via social media, stating that the collection features 12 films, 16 discs, and hours of bonus materials, and will no longer be available before the next Shocktober.

This alert has prompted fans to quickly purchase the set, resulting in it selling out on the Scream Factory website. It is also currently unavailable on Amazon, but third-party sellers are offering it starting at $184.99.

The 16-disc box set includes all 12 films from the iconic slasher series, originally launched in 1980. Each film is stored in its own Blu-ray case, complete with original theatrical artwork, and is packaged in a slipcover designed by Devon Whitehead. Additionally, the set contains a 40-page booklet featuring essays and archival photographs.

The collection encompasses various films from the franchise, including Friday the 13th, Friday the 13th Part 2, and Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday, among others. Each disc features a new 4K scan or audio enhancements for maximum viewing experiences.

Jason Voorhees, the franchise’s legendary antagonist, recently returned in a short film titled “Jason Returns,” and the franchise is set to continue with the prequel series “Crystal Lake,” which will premiere in 2026 on Peacock.

As fans lament the end of the box set, excitement builds for future Friday the 13th projects, and many wonder what more the franchise will unveil in the years ahead.
