LOS ANGELES, March 21, 2025 — Selena Gomez revealed she has picked up some quirky eating habits from her co-stars Steve Martin and Martin Short while filming their hit Hulu series, ‘Only Murders in the Building.’ During a recent appearance on ‘Hot Ones,’ Gomez, 32, joked about her co-stars’ daily routines, saying, ‘I sit there and read the news with them every day… and they eat the same thing every day. According to Gomez, Martin and Short stick to a simple rotation of meals, opting either for a tuna sandwich with Dijon mustard or a sushi platter during filming breaks. The pop star shared, ‘And now, all I eat is a chicken salad sandwich. For some reason, I’m excited to eat my meal next to theirs.’ Gomez has developed a fond attachment to her co-stars, describing them as the ‘best’ and noting that their habits have somewhat influenced her lifestyle.

Gomez has grown close to Martin and Short since they began working together on the series, which premiered in 2021. The trio, currently in the midst of filming the show’s fifth season, has cultivated a friendship characterized by humor and warmth.
