Signature Entertainment Acquires Rights for The Unholy Trinity Starring Jackson and Brosnan

LONDON, U.K. — Signature Entertainment has acquired the U.K. and Irish rights to the upcoming Western film, The Unholy Trinity, featuring Samuel L. Jackson and Pierce Brosnan. The acquisition, announced on May 15, 2025, includes rights from Film Bridge International.
The Unholy Trinity, set in the 1870s, tells the story of “a young man who returns to a Montana town to avenge the wrongful execution of his father and reclaim his fortune,” according to the film’s synopsis. In addition to Jackson and Brosnan, the film also stars David Arquette, Brandon Lessard, and Gianni Capaldi.
The film is produced by Jeanne Allgood, Kellie Brooks, Colin Floom, Michele Gray, and Richard Gray. Lee Zachariah wrote the screenplay, and Richard Gray is directing.
The deal for the rights was negotiated by Max Hart, acquisitions and development executive at Signature Entertainment, and Jordan Dykstra, managing director of Film Bridge International. Hart expressed excitement about the film, stating, “With screen icons like Samuel L. Jackson and Pierce Brosnan leading the charge, Westerns like this rarely grace the independent market. Packed with action, impressive production values, and a brilliant score, we can’t wait to bring this epic tale to U.K. and Irish audiences in 2025.”
Founded in 2011, Signature has become a significant independent distributor in the U.K. and has expanded into production and sales. Recent releases include the action thriller Chief of Station and an indie horror film. The company also recently acquired rights to a film directed by and starring Donnie Yen.
