Snowfall Warning Issued for Okanagan and Surrounding Areas
A snowfall warning has been issued for the Okanagan and surrounding areas in British Columbia. According to Environment Canada, a cold front and a Pacific low pressure system are expected to bring heavy snowfall, with accumulation of 10 to 20 cm over the next two days.
The snow is forecasted to start late tonight and intensify overnight, continuing throughout Wednesday. It is then expected to taper off by Wednesday night. The warning also applies to regions such as the Fraser Canyon, Nicola, Similkameen, and the Hope-Princeton Highway.
