Sofia Richie Expecting First Child with Husband Elliot Grainge

Sofia Richie, the 25-year-old model and daughter of music legend Lionel Richie, announced that she is expecting her first child with husband Elliot Grainge, the founder and CEO of independent record label 10K Projects. The news was confirmed in an interview with Vogue, where Richie revealed that she is expecting a girl.

Richie shared that the due date is a bit uncertain as the baby is growing quickly. She also revealed how they discovered the gender of their baby using a creative gender reveal method. They had their obstetrician text the baby’s gender to their assistant, who prepared two party poppers – one with blue and one with pink. They popped the party popper and were shocked to find out that they are having a girl.

In the interview, Richie expressed her excitement about having a daughter and shared that her husband, Elliot, is also thrilled about it. She mentioned that Elliot, who has several sisters, is very sensitive and sweet.
