Sony’s Days of Play 2025 Starts May 28 with Big Discounts
San Mateo, California – Sony Interactive Entertainment announced that its annual Days of Play event will start on May 28 and run until June 11, 2025. This year’s celebration includes community activities, new PlayStation Plus offerings, and discounts on PS5 consoles, games, and accessories.
Days of Play is designed to honor the PlayStation community and the cherished moments of gaming that unite players from around the world. The event will officially kick off on May 28 at 12:01 AM and end on June 11 at 11:59 PM local time in each region.
During Days of Play, PlayStation Plus members will gain access to bonus Monthly Games and new titles in the Game Catalog. Monthly Games for June will be available starting May 28, while special Game Trials and additions to the Classics Catalog will also be introduced.
From June 3 to June 11, gamers can participate in PlayStation Tournaments featuring NBA 2K25. Participants stand a chance to win prizes like virtual currency and exclusive avatars. Players must have an active PlayStation Plus membership and an internet connection to compete.
Additionally, the Days of Play celebration features promotional discounts on PS5 consoles, controllers, and select games at retail outlets and through the PlayStation Store. For example, the PS5 Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Bundle will be available starting at $399.99 in North America. Various accessories will also be discounted, such as the PlayStation VR2 headset and DualSense controllers.
New subscribers to PlayStation Plus can save up to 33% on select 12-month memberships during the promotion. Moreover, current members can receive a discount when upgrading to the Premium or Deluxe plans.
Sales will also extend to PlayStation Productions movies on Sony Pictures Core, offering additional deals for PlayStation Plus members throughout the event.
