Starbucks Valentine's Day 2025 Drinks Lineup

SEATTLE, Wash. — Starbucks is spreading the love this Valentine’s Day with a limited-edition lineup of drinks, including a new Blackberry Sage Refresher and returning fan favorites like the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Crème Frappuccino. The seasonal menu launched nationwide on February 3, 2025, offering customers a mix of sweet and refreshing options to celebrate the holiday.

The new Blackberry Sage Refresher features a blend of blackberry and sage flavors, described by lead beverage developer Billy Altieri as “a balance of subtle notes of sage and sweet blackberry flavors.” The drink is available in two variations: a standard version and a lemonade-based option. Additionally, Starbucks introduced the Midnight Drink, a twist on its viral “pink drink,” which combines the Blackberry Sage Refresher base with creamy coconut milk.

Returning to the menu are the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Crème Frappuccino and the Chocolate Hazelnut Cookie Cold Brew. The Frappuccino features swirls of strawberry puree, java chips, and whipped cream, while the cold brew is topped with chocolate cream cold foam and a chocolate cookie crumble topping. Both drinks first debuted in February 2024 and have since become seasonal staples.

For those craving the Chocolate-Covered Strawberry Crème Frappuccino year-round, Starbucks insiders suggest customizing a regular Strawberry Crème Frappuccino with java chips and a drizzle of mocha sauce. The chain’s mobile ordering app also makes it easy to grab these treats on the go, especially during last-minute Valentine’s Day preparations.

Looking ahead, Starbucks plans to roll out a new lineup of beverages and snacks in March, including an Iced Cherry Chai and the savory Jalapeño Chicken Pocket. In the meantime, customers can explore seasonal offerings from competitors like Dunkin’ and Krispy Kreme, which are also celebrating Valentine’s Day with themed treats.

Whether it’s a coffee date or a romantic dinner, Starbucks’ latest offerings aim to make this Valentine’s Day a little sweeter.
