Summer Game Fest Unveils Exciting Lineup for 2024 and Beyond
The opening show of Summer Game Fest 2024, hosted by Geoff Keighley, has concluded, leaving gamers excited with the unveiling of new titles such as Lego: Horizon Adventures, No More Room In Hell 2, and Harry Potter: Quidditch Champions, set to launch in 2024 and 2025.
During the event, details about highly anticipated games like Monster Hunter Wilds and Atlus’ Metaphor: ReFantazio were shared, although disappointingly absent were updates on Metal Gear Solid Delta: Snake Eater, Kingdom Hearts 4, The Wolf Among Us 2, and Ken Levine's Judas.
According to Keighley, a majority of the showcased titles were either new looks at previously announced games or updates for live service titles, with a few surprising new announcements to complement the lineup.
Other noteworthy reveals included Neva, Civilization VII (with a full reveal planned in July), Black Myth Wukong, and Night Springs, which will be playable in less than a day, along with information on deluxe and collector’s editions for Alan Wake 2, set to release this fall.
As gamers anticipate the arrival of these games, Summer Game Fest 2024 has definitely set the stage for an exciting gaming future beyond 2024.
