Supernatural The Boys Television Series Cast Reunion

LOS ANGELES, Calif. — The final season of Amazon‘s hit series The Boys will feature a nostalgic reunion for fans of the earlier 2000s and 2010s hit show Supernatural. Stars Jared Padalecki and Misha Collins are set to reprise their roles alongside their former castmate Jensen Ackles and series creator Eric Kripke in Season 5 of The Boys.

Padalecki and Collins will have guest appearances during the upcoming season, although specific details about their roles are not yet disclosed. However, it has been confirmed that the trio will share scenes, eliciting excitement from devoted fans of both series.

The announcement came through The Boys’ official social media channels and has since been a trending topic among followers. Notably, fans are left wondering whether a classic 1967 Chevrolet Impala will make an appearance—a significant symbol for Supernatural enthusiasts.

In a statement from last year, Kripke revealed that The Boys will conclude with its fifth season, adhering to his original vision for the series. “The show is a serialized story about Butcher and Homelander slowly crashing into each other, and the show doesn’t work without either of those,” he stated. “You just can’t keep that going on forever; you have to let them smash into each other.”

Jensen Ackles currently plays Soldier Boy in The Boys and is also slated to star in a prequel series called The Boys: Diabolical, alongside Aya Cash. Following Supernatural’s successful run, Padalecki took the lead in The CW’s Walker for four seasons and is actively developing a CBS medical drama in collaboration with Walker showrunner Anna Fricke. He is represented by UTA, Industry Entertainment, Shelter PR, and Fuller Law.

Misha Collins, who enjoyed a prominent role in Supernatural, recently starred in The CW’s Gotham Knights and appears in Amazon’s feature film Encounter.

With fan anticipation building, it will be exciting to see how these beloved characters intertwine in a darker narrative style known for The Boys.
