Tamil Actor Pradeep K. Vijayan Found Dead at Home in Mysterious Circumstances

Popular Tamil actor Pradeep K. Vijayan was discovered deceased under puzzling circumstances at his residence in Palavakkam, as revealed by the police. The 39-year-old actor, renowned for his roles in movies such as Thegidi, Meyaadha Maan, Teddy (2021), Irumbu Thirai (2018), and Rudhran (2023), was a solitary resident.

Living alone in Sankarapuram, Palavakkam, Pradeep had been experiencing recurring spells of vertigo followed by breathing difficulties and had sought medical attention for this issue. According to officials, a friend attempted to contact him at 9:30 am on Wednesday, but received no response. Concerned friends made multiple attempts to reach him, all in vain. After one friend grew suspicious, they decided to check on him, only to find the door bolted from the inside.

Subsequently, the Neelangarai police were notified, and a sub-inspector was dispatched to the location. With the assistance of personnel from the Fire and Rescue Services, the door was breached, leading to the discovery of Mr. Vijayan’s lifeless body in the bathroom. Reportedly, he had sustained injuries to his head and face.

Law enforcement officials retrieved the body and transferred it to the Government Hospital in Royapettah for post-mortem analysis. Neelangarai police registered the case as an unnatural death and pressed on with the investigation, initially suspecting an accidental fall as the cause.
