Canadian pop sensation Tate McRae has exciting news for her fans: she is set to release her third studio album, *So Close To What*, on February 21, 2025, through RCA Records. This announcement comes on the heels of her successful 2023 sophomore album and recent standalone tracks like “it's ok i'm ok“.

The new album will be previewed by a new single titled “2 hands,” which is scheduled to be released later today, accompanied by a music video. McRae expressed her enthusiasm for the album on Instagram, describing the creation process as “the most beautiful and exciting journey” and expressing her eagerness to share it with her fans.

The tour will span multiple continents, including stops in South America, Europe, and North America. In Europe, she will perform in cities such as Lisbon, Madrid, Dublin, London, and Paris, marking her first-ever arena tour in these regions.

The North American leg of the tour begins on August 5, 2025, in Vancouver, Canada, and will include performances in major cities like Chicago, Toronto, Montreal, Boston, Atlanta, and Los Angeles.
