Tate Mcrae So Close To What Deluxe Edition

Los Angeles, CA — Tate McRae is wrapping up the era of her Billboard 200-topping album, So Close to What, with the release of its deluxe edition on Friday, Nov. 21. The 22-year-old singer will add her hit song “Tit for Tat” to the project, alongside four new tracks titled “Trying on Shoes,” “Anything But Love,” “Nobody’s Girl,” and “Horseshoe.” There are no featured artists on these deluxe tracks.

It seems that “Nobody’s Girl” is set to be the lead track, as McRae is also debuting an angelic music video to accompany the deluxe release on the same day. On Wednesday, Nov. 19, she shared a visual from her recent tour, hinting at this significant moment in her career.

So Close to What debuted at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 in February, earning 177,000 total album-equivalent units in its first week. McRae also received her first Grammy nomination for “Just Keep Watching” in the best dance pop recording category. This track peaked at No. 33 on the Billboard Hot 100.

Tate McRae’s recent tour, which concluded in November, grossed $110.8 million and sold 1 million tickets across 77 shows. Remarkably, she quintupled her earnings compared to her previous tour held just a year earlier, averaging 13,480 tickets sold per show. This achievement marks the third consecutive year that McRae has doubled her nightly ticket sales.

Fans can stream the deluxe edition of So Close to What starting Friday.
